Testimonials
Bernadette Maria Fernandez
Early in October 2007, I was diagnosed for severe migraine headaches. Western medicine could do so much. The thrust of the matter was clear; I needed to find ways to direct my reactive energies to calm responses.
I remain indebt to Dr Charles Siow. He extolled on the merits of TCM and supervised physical training. Hence, recommending my commitment to the Asian Pain Centre.
And I have had no regrets whatsoever. Here is why.
On the premise of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture Specialist Dr Ong, dedicated to his medicine, alleviated the frequency of migraine attacks and taught me the core of relaxation and balance.
Kai Ling – the resident Physiotherapist, taught me the essence of taking control of situations, rather than being the victim. With her professional knowledge of clinical Pilates and stringent diet plan, I have become more aware of what works for me. And have been a strong follower ever since. She rigorously cheered me on as I pushed my own physical barriers to new heights.
Now I actually look forward to working out without pain and seeing results!
Needless to say, I looked forward to each and every session at the Asian Pain Centre last year. The care, concern and attention of people there are difficult to express in mere words. They demonstrated continued commitment and profound respect towards my progress and myself as a person.
I finished my last session with sadness and with the intent to return. I am still in the midst of organising my insane schedule.
My Mother, who is 63 and diagnosed with Diabetes, Asthma and High Blood Pressure, just went in for a try out and was greatly impressed. She has agreed to start her regime with the Asian Pain Centre and is actually excited and looking forward to her sessions.
I continue to crusade for the specialisation, professionalism and personal success of the Asian Pain Centre. It is truly a sound investment that reaps absolutely unbelievable benefits for the body, mind and soul.
Especially in this day and age of insane living
